I try cutting down my sugar intake and in the end I just end up eating a whole lot more than I should.This is a whole month no sugar challenge !!!!
1.no sugar
2.no honey or agave
3.no artificial sweeteners
Sugar in natural forms like fruit is allowed though.

Raw, unprocessed honey is natural. But I've done no sugar before, including fruit and honey. I still had vegetables though, but it helped with my cravings a lot. Good luck!0
