323 calories, 34 grams carbs, 36 grams protein 4 grams fat
8 oz package Hyvee Black pearl medley (reminds me of the mixture and texture of wild rice soup)
2 packages of family size tuna
1 package of frozen peas
7 tablespoons Dried onion
9 halves sundried tomato
7 tablespoons bacon bits
2 packages of dry ranch seasoning
Boil peas 3 min
Make rice mixture as package says
Add all other ingredients and cook on low for 10 min
Makes 7 1-1/2 cup servings and then I froze each serving for quick meals... amazing!!!
Going to try less peas and add spinach for less calories ( almost 60 calories comes from the peas) and it seemed a little pea heavy could also sub green beans, broccoli, or spinach
