So, I finally checked the bag of rice I have (brown jasmine) and the cals say 160 for 1/4 cup. Please tell me this is uncooked. If not, I have been using the brown rice info in the MFP database and have been WAY over eating rice. Damn.

The rice I have always says, "uncooked" next to the serving size. I'm assuming all rice is the same?

usually rice nutrition info is for uncooked, 1/4 cup would make about 1/2 cup cooked
