I'm noticing a difference after just one week. (Although this is my second time around, so... it's not really new territory.) Clothes I had just started to size out of are fitting again, my energy level is higher, and I feel mentally much more peaceful and stable. It's a nice experience.

two weeks or so was about my point where it was starting to become a habit I was looking forward to vs something I was forcing myself to do.

When I was just ten days into my diet, I realised that all my "belly fat" had gone. (I guess it was really all water, all along.) My pair of work pants that used to fit so well suddenly needed a belt! It was such a shock that something so evident could happen so fast, just from maintaining a sensible deficit.

I'm still working on my thigh fat though

I'm new, and I noticed that after 10 days of walking regularly, I now WANT to walk every day. I didn't mind doing it when I started, but now I actually look forward to it. I seem less tired, but that may just be due to a particularly non-stressful week at work.

I've been walking up to the 18th floor rather than taking the lift and had to stop a few times, I'm now able to do it without stopping for a breather.
