5'1 195lbs female.

I recently married my high school sweetheart and have gained weight since the wedding when I've been trying to lose weight! So I'm trying to improve my diet, start yoga, and zumba, and continue using my products from it works. My husband isn't ready to change his eating habits so it would be nice to have some people to talk to and help motivate eachother! I'd like to weigh anywhere from 100-120 so I can have a healthy bmi. Feel free to share your story and goals!

    Feel free to add me, I was really good with logging and I fell off the wagon for the summer, but I am back at it! I love being active on here and supportive and talking to new people. I have lost a lot of weight (70lbs) and have gained back alot of it and now and I am working really hard to lose that and more! Love new friends!

    I'm 5'0 ,I started at 191 last March.Im down to 134 as of today.Still a little to go.Im also a lot older than you ,if I can do it anyone can.Its definately CICO.I walk only for exercise, usually 2 miles a day.My husband is a " power eater " too.My advice,weigh everything, log everything! I'm sure you can do it!
