Seafood, chicken, turkey, dairy products, eggs. I'm also trying to make myself like lentils (not that I really dislike them... I'm just a bit ehhhh on them), so I can get some protein that way too.

    Peanut butter!! And tempeh :open_mouth:
Beans are great too, but I find that I need to have something alongside them like toast or rice :)

Shadowmf023 how do you add it to chicken? Also how much do you add to your smoothie? I recently brought some from winco in the bulk section and it doesn't say how much to use for weight loss. I'm sorry if this sounds silly. I'm still really new to powder protein.

if i had to pick one probably chicken because
its a blank canvas that can be cooked in basically any way and any flavors can be applied to it.

I don't add it to chicken I eat the chicken on the side. Just add 1-2 scoops to a smoothie and then all the other stuff plus enough water for the right consistency.

Depends on how much protein I want from it. 2 scoops of mine is usually 28g protein.

Also, protein powder isn't for weight loss, it's just a protein supplement, sort of like a multivitamin. For weight loss you need to eat fewer calories than you burn. :)

Totino's pizzas. MFP praises me for my protein intake every time I log one. >:)

ETA: Okay, a more helpful answer is salmon. I love salmon -- roasted, seared, smoked, whatever.
