Ok, so here I am under again. I just can't seem to keep up with eating all these calories and then excercise calories. I have eatin alot today, I getting ready to eat dinner and after dinner I have 400 calories left...including my desert. Now what? I can probably squeeze in another snack tonight a couple hours before bed....should I eat more at dinner?

I am in the exact same boat!!! It's showing I have almost 500 left because I burned so many. I don't know if we should try to eat more unless we are hungry. It's probably important to listen to our body in that aspect... I'll be watching to see what everyone else says, I just wanted to tell you you're not alone! :laugh:0

Maybe I am doing things backwards....... but I have been told that to lose 1 pound a week you have to burn 500 calories a day OR take 500 calories out of your diet. So to reach my goal of losing 2 pounds a week I do both. I burn at least 500 calories a day and I am supposed to eat 1960 calories a day but I try to stay under 1500. This has worked so far for me.......0

If you know about how many exercise calories you're going to earn that day, try eating more of them in the morning. It's really helped me to plan the next day's food in advance in MFP and get my food together the night before, so I'm not rushed in the morning.0

I do not eat my exercise caloires.. I eat about 12-1300 calories a day, and I DONT eat the exercise calories...
but yea, I struggle to eat them all sometimes too, it sucks..0 -
It will even out in the next days. Don't be strict about each day, just try not to turn it into a habit.
...which I'm trying to do with binging. Want some of my calories from yday? I didn't even log my food, but am absolutely certain that I can give you plenty. :sad:0
