hi there! i used myfitnesspal probably 5 years ago, i think it helped a bit but long story short i weigh 20 more pounds than i did back then. i had a really bad day eating-wise yesterday, woke up this morning and decided enough is enough. so i started the runtastic results app (any of you every tried it?) and, low and behold, recorded my healthy breakfast in MFP. so here we are. definitely looking for support, because nothing has worked yet...

    You can do it, just take one day or even one meal at a time. It is amazing how you will want to keep going once you see some results and that can be on the scale or by way of how clothes fit.
