Does anyone else struggle with trying to keep to your exercise plan and eat healthy while traveling for business?
If so, what has worked? Or rather, what would make it easier?

This is a huge deal for me. What would make it a whole lot easier is if you'll consider applying yourself to (i) establish if you'll be putting your food together or (ii) if you'll much prefer a meal service delivery. It is imperative that you do the work before arriving at any/all destinations whilst traveling for business purposes. * Location convenience: Where to buy food/Price comps/Meal plan VS Meal delivery service.
BTW welcome to Myfitnesspal.2 -

How would you go about getting meal service delivery when out of town for business? Does this exist in places??0 -
You may through vetted Concierge Services or via a search through your preferred search engine. Domestically or internationally - there are innumerable options.
Edit to add: Quite a number of custom food delivery services have franchised out, so they do provide a zipcode finder for the closest location to where you'll be.1 -

Just be careful how your company reimburses for different types of travel expenses.2 -
If you are in major cities, or the same places often, find a few restaurant meals that suit your taste and calorie budget and stick to them. Starbucks has some nice, high protein packaged breakfasts at 400 or so calories. Packaged grocery store salads or Lean Cuisine and fruit for lunch. Keep a little cooler with snacks like yogurt, protein bars, cottage cheese, etc.
As for exercise, walk or run after work if you are in a safe area, or hotel gym.1
