Believe In Your Instinct

How to deal with people asking you about how you should lose weight???. It's confusing because you put in a lot of time & effort when they have no clue what they are talking about, this is the part where you have to believe in your instinct.

Agreed. One should eat in a way that will give them a deficit of energy that they can stick to. There are mucho ways to do it.1

I almost enjoy when some knucklehead tries to tell me what I should or shouldn't be doing. I am stronger than I was. I have more energy. As of this morning, I am 88 pounds lighter. Even my rough elbows are smooth now, lol. Go ahead, tell me what I am doing doesn't work.
There really is no secret to any of this. Eat fewer calories than you burn and you will lose weight. Eat nutritious foods and exercise and you will get fit and healthy.
ETA: It isn't instinct you need to believe in. It is knowledge, common sense, and experience.1
