I'm starting a new journey and I decided to try out this app. I've let myself go little by little and now I honestly don't how to get control back. I guess I'll just take it day by day. I read some posts and already feeling motivated. So motivated I joined a 60 day Challenge at a nearby gym. Hope to make new friends on here to get inspired and give inspiration.
