Thirsty and a dizzy at time

Hi I have lost 10 pounds on MFP so far but have recently stoppwd becauae I am thirsty all the time and aometimes dizzy. I have read thisnhas something to do with ketones and blood sugar and my body taking the excess fat. I want to get back on MFP but I am not sure..Isnit mormal to feel like this during initial weight loss?
