Hi folks, so I'm just starting my health journey. It started with making little changes to my diet like incorporating better choices each days. I make sure to make a vegetarian or vegan meal once a week to keep thing fresh. I will be starting the gym tomorrow (Nov 7) and haven't stepped foot in a gym in 6 years. So I'm excited but also terrified. Anyway I just thought I would say hi, wish my luck!

Hey, welcome and good luck! I only just started at a gym again last month, so I know the feeling. But it'll be fine. The first day's always tough but then you fall into your own routine really quickly once you see that everybody's just there to do their own thing.0
