How do I calculate the amount of carbs I burn...

    i'm not sure the calculation but I know MFP does add back carbs, protein, and a couple other things when it adds in your exercise caloires.

    You can't really pinpoint how many of your calories burnt are from carbs. some resources online will list what percentage of your calories burnt are from fat versus blood sugar, but whether or not that donut you ate this morning is still carbs in your bloodstream or was already converted to fat is anyone's guess.

    It doesn't work like that. You body burns fuel from multiple Calorie sources. You are always burning some carbs and some fat (assuming minimal nutrition) all day long.

    The general thought process usually goes carbs for general body use (exercise, daily chores, etc.) and fat for base metabolism. Doesn't quite work out that simply, but generally your body can only carry so many carbs at once, so it tends to be a lot more mobile than fat.
