I have been doing brisk walking of a minimum of 10,000 steps per day for the last 60 days and i have lost 11kgs
Myfitnesspal combined with pacer app works together well

    I'm with you.. getting the weight off is what matters look great and fit. I think some people think they'll lose and a super model will be revealed. I just want to be my healthy self!
