    Ok so update-

I had plans to ride Saturday, but Lost my cat Friday afternoon.... (we found her) Subsequently, I got a day off of riding which was meh (supposed to do hill repeats with one of my more mellow riding groups.) I'm kinda feeling neither here nor there about it.... just happy to be reunited with my kitty.

Anyhow planing about a 30-50 mile (mellow climbs and some flats) ride with my uncle who is fit. I'm going to eat before hand. Breakfast includes:
    - 2 eggs scrambled
    - Double shot espresso
    - Avocado
    - Chicken sausage
    - 3 in GF pancake
    - 3 oz of fresh squeeze oj

Junky.... I know but I'm hungry

I'll post some post ride photos looks like it's going to be another beautiful day.

Being more mindful of my diet (not calories) has totally worked, I lost weight!!! 4 lbs since (November 1st!!), and I woke up not feeling bloated - I'm starting to think that maybe my issue has been gluten all along.

This week marks the beginning of the end of my dairy consumption (I have a ball of mozzarella in the fridge that I am going to make into a caprese salad and then not buy any more.

SO, I am going to keep riding and eating (GF/DF) and see what happens..

    Today's plan is a interval ride ... I am thinking between 60 - 90 minutes in Zone 2 (Low RPM); with 2 rounds of 10X30 sec. Zone 3 - 4 Spin-ups at a higher cadence (80-100 RPM)
