The Adventure is About to Begin. Buckle Up.

I'm a 50 year old guy in Minnesota looking for other Bible believing Christians to fellowship with and encourage! Or... anyone who doesn't mind that I'm a 50 year old guy in Minnesota who is passionate about his faith!

I'm new to putting so much personal information about myself online. That scares me more than the 60 pounds I'd like to lose! It's also why I don't have a personal picture of myself up yet. I'll get there, Lord willing.

How did I wind up registering with MyFitnessPal? It all started with one very big question that caused me to slam on the brakes of my life. My response to that question invigorated me with an acute laser focus as well as destroying every excuse for not being my healthiest! It's as if I was living my life asleep, in a rut, on auto-pilot! A rut is just a coffin with the two ends knocked out of. But, I'm awake now and v.e.r.y m.o.t.i.v.a.t.e.d!

I can finally (and honestly) say, "My 'diet' starts tomorrow!" And mean it! I can't wait to say Good Morning to September 7th, 2016! How about you? And, as my dear friend Winnie the Pooh says, “It's so much more friendly with two.”
