Hi guys, if you have any tips on weight loss that'll be great, I'm keeping it quiet from my friends and family about my diet so I don't feel so pressured. Feel free to add me as a friend:)

Welcome! there is a lot of good information on here as well as people to keep you motivated and accountable!
As for tips it really depends on what your goals are, keeping a deficit of your recommended daily intake of calories will help you lose weight. There are various diet and nutrition plans to choose from, you have to pick what works best for you!1 -

Just start coming every day and logging your meals so that you begin to understand what you are already doing. This Will really help you guage what you should be or could be doing.1 -

I need people to keep me accountable, that's my biggest issue. My husband refuses to diet and keeps all kinds of junk in the house. I'm alone in this. :-(1
