Hey everyone. Just got back on this. Fell off for awhile. I'm 30 pounds away from my goal weight. So yes im back to working out. The working out I love. It's just the getting motivated lately that's been my problem but once I'm going I'm good. I just started training with this app C25k. Really enjoy it. I've never buddied up for working out but I am thinking I might give it a try. Best of luck to yyou all on your journey!

Best of luck to you. I'm on my journey to loosing about the same amount, I switched between working out styles and diets but I think I'm getting the hang of it. At first I wasn't very motivated but then it became a personal challenge and almost in a way an obsession lol to be healthy.1
