5' 7 ladies within 10 pounds of goal...how many calories

Are you having a day and what's your rate of loss? Also, are you active?

So, I started out at 5'7" and weight 156 lbs. I wanted to be 145. I have hit that goal. I started at 1200 calories per day. Rarely could I adhere to that, but I was close. I did not exercise on that calorie limit and I did lose 7 lbs pretty quickly. I then raised my caloric limit to 1380 and stick pretty well to that. I also started a Couch to 5K but I don't believe that burns too many calories. I did lose another 3-4 lbs but am pretty well stalled at 1380 calories. I'm okay with that. Yes, I'd like to lose 3 more lbs. I think that would take care of my remaining "back fat" around my bra strap, but not sure if it will happen.0

im only a touch taller, at 5'8", sometimes 5'7.5 depending. I loose weight quickly at anything below 1850. I have a moderately active job (standing, not overly physical though) and train 5 days a week0

I'm 5'7.5" and eat anywhere from 1300-1800 a day currently depending on activity. I have lost 15lb and have 15 more to go. I have a desk job but average 8-10k steps a day and do Insanity 3-5 days a week plus a day of weights and a day of yoga.

I'm 5'7" 145. Got there at 1600-1800 cal per day. Maintenance is appx 1900 (set MFP to lightly active). I started at 195 and lost about 1.5 lbs per week at first, then about a half lb per week for the last 15 lbs. Lately I've been trying to add muscle, so I've been eating slightly above maintenance and lifting 3-4 times per week. I'm up to 149 right now after six weeks, and definitely getting stronger. Would like to keep it going another six weeks or so, then cut again and hope to see better results in the mirror3

I'm 5'6 and about 12 lbs from goal of 125. I'm eating 1400 calories, plus about 3/4 of exercise calories, which usually a gives me a total of about 1550-1600 per day. I've been losing about 1 lb per week.1

I started at 279 and have 8 more to go to hit my final goal of 155. I'm still losing around 1.5 pounds a week at 1400 per day.2
