10% body fat is hard for a man, unhealthy for a woman.
"Organic" food is no different from the "non-organic" counterpart when it comes to nutrition. It's basically just a markup on the price tag. You need a calorie deficit to lose weight (fat), and you can eat whatever you want as long as you are in a sustained calorie deficit.3 -
As a man, I can unequivocally state 10% isn't really all that hard (unless you believe patience and time/persistence is hard) and can be attained exactly as stated above.2

10% for a man is simple.
As above, time and effort is all that's

I would like to disagree and say that achieving a true 10% isn't EASY. But it doesn't require any special methods to get there either.
Also organic food will have no benefit for your fat loss but it may taste better.0 -
Work....Sacrifice....Stay Consistent...Be Patient.
It'll happen if you stay on course, and work for it.....but I don't think it'll be easy. If it were really easy, we'd all have our percentages down, instead of struggling.0
