10% body fat is hard for a man, unhealthy for a woman.

"Organic" food is no different from the "non-organic" counterpart when it comes to nutrition. It's basically just a markup on the price tag. You need a calorie deficit to lose weight (fat), and you can eat whatever you want as long as you are in a sustained calorie deficit.

As a man, I can unequivocally state 10% isn't really all that hard (unless you believe patience and time/persistence is hard) and can be attained exactly as stated above.

10% for a man is simple.

As above, time and effort is all that's
    Required

I would like to disagree and say that achieving a true 10% isn't EASY. But it doesn't require any special methods to get there either.

Also organic food will have no benefit for your fat loss but it may taste better.

    Work....Sacrifice....Stay Consistent...Be Patient.

It'll happen if you stay on course, and work for it.....but I don't think it'll be easy. If it were really easy, we'd all have our percentages down, instead of struggling.
