The weigh in!!!!

So just wondering when and how often you guys weigh in??? I'm thinking once a week??? I started Monday at 99kg and thinking I do weigh ins weekly... also are you doing morning or night weigh ins? I heard morning is better???

    I weigh myself every Wednesday morning. First thing in the morning before eating/drinking anything.

    Thursday for me, just once a week.

    Ok awesome how much do you guys normally lose??? Idk weather to be excited for my first weight in next week or if I will be disappointed??? It's been a massive change in diet and exercise since I ate whatever I felt like when pregnant but his 9 weeks old and decided it was time to put my foot down eat right and start exercising

    The first weigh in will probably be a good amount, but it will mostly be water weight. I haven't really been loosing weight as much as I have been loosing body fat. But no matter what it says a loss is a loss :)
