    Hi. Welcome. I am also kinda new and would like a weight loss buddy. My tips: never leave the house without a big bottle of water. I carry a tomato, small green apple and cucumber to make a salad at work to fill me up with my packed lunch. I avoid bread and potatoes. Substitute potatoes for sweet potatoes and brown rice for white. Haven't completely given them up but I avoid as much as I can. For exercise, I try to do 20 squats every time I use the bathroom and 30 jumping jacks before getting into the shower.
