Can somebody help me choose what woud be the safest choice ?!!

You have three choices:
• Eat what you fancy and never mind the consequences. If this is an important meal and won't be repeated for several months - I'd just enjoy.
• Order what you fancy and just eat a little of each. Take your calorie tracker with you so you won't be misled.
• Order salad/veg and lean meat. Don't have a starter or a desert (unless they do fresh fruit?) ask for dressing/sauce on the side.
Limit alcohol to one small glass of wine. (It weakens even the most stoic resolve)
Tell everyone - waiters and companions - that you are on a diet and need their help and support.
Remember you are going out to be with friends - the main purpose of the event is not to overeat.
While you are in the restaurant observe what thin people eat. It might surprise you how little they do eat. (But still enjoy themselves)
Have a lovely meal.1
