I THOUGHT I SHARE TODAY. AS OF TODAY I HAVE LOST 64 POUNDS OVER THE LAST YEAR AND I FEEL GREAT, HOWEVER THE JOURNEY IS OVER. I WOULD LIKE TO LOOSE A TOTAL OF 106 POUNDS. QUESTION WILL THE JOURNEY EVER BE OVER?

    Congratulations on your amazing loss! I hear that maintenance is the hardest part, in many ways. But to answer your question, no, the journey is never over.
