I've been using Fitness Pal for a while but I've never been part of the community I have it just became vegan only been vegan since August I am primarily a raw vegan but I do have some non raw food items that I still eat occasionally

    Hey @harrypottergirl82- feel free to add me. I'm vegan too- for about 2 years. Have been vegetarian before that forever. I eat high raw now in weight loss mode, but that varies day to day. Welcome!

    I'm not vegan, but I do have vegan friends. I am vegetarian, however. I'm new at this and I'm counting macros wondering how I'll ever meet my recommended intake of protein :neutral: I never thought I would ever say that.... HA HA. not that I don't think it's feasible, it's just something new I will have to adjust to. Welcome! :smiley:

    Hi I'm transitioning to a raw vegan diet too... it's a challenge but I believe one worth pursuing! Looking for like-minded people on MFP, I don't know any raw foodists, but hope some of you on MFP can change that, so I won't feel like an alien lol
