How many calories would I need to consume to lose 1kg per week??????

Hi, I'm 5'2 and weigh 79kgs. How many calories per day do i need to eat to be 1000 in deficit? I exercise everyday (Cardio) and burn around 350-450. I've been eating about 1000 calories per day but then after exercise Net calories are about 600-700.

Select sedentary as your activity level.
Select 1 kg/week as the amount you want to lose.
How many calories did MFP give you? Go with that.0 -
Maintenance - 1000 calories is 2lbs per week. Whether this is sensible or achievable is a different matter.0
