I think my scales a liar

So I've been eating soooo much before I go to sleep..& I really haven't gained weight I work out every morning but i do not even burn half the calories I eat!! Why isn't my scale going up!? I'm still trying to lose weight but I just lack self control right now & I feel so gross in the morning but still haven't gained much weight maybe like 2 pounds if that and this has been a 2 week long binge !! Maybe more! what's going on here lol no complaints tho just confused since I know I'm eating way to many calories

    Do you track your calorie intake? Is it possible that you're not getting as many calories as you think you are?

    I guess it depends on how long it's been going on (a week you say?), but it sounds like you're eating at maintenance.

    If you're eating and your weight is not changing then you are at maintenance. Or you haven't been doing it for long enough to see a change yet.

    Because you're eating at maintenance...has nothing to do with you eating at night or anything...you're just eating a maintenance level of calories.

    You do realize that you don't have to burn off all the calories with exercise right? You know that you burn a crap ton of calories by merely existing right? And that you burn calories just doing your daily stuff right?
