I have recently bought the beachbody programme Cize and I'm looking for people to be accountable to. I plan to start it on Monday 7th November. Anyone out there who wants to join me as I can't find a group on MFP.

    Doesn't your Beachbody coach have a challenge group you can join for accountability? I run them on facebook and you can jump in with whatever program you are using...your coach should have something similar.

    I'll join you. I have had it for several months now, but have no done it with any consistency. I find the workouts a little boring, but I sweat more with them than any video workout I've ever done and feel it the next day, though in the midst of it it doesn't feel like I'm actually working out.

    @cherw1978 I don't have or want a coach and I'm in England where beach body don't do the training. I also don't do or want to do Facebook. . But thanks for the idea
