started 8 week blood sugar diet, any followers??

Just started the 8 week blood sugar diet, its 800 cals a day, ive got 100 left and its mid day! Any tips??!!

    You won't get many (if any) supporters. Promoting very low calorie diets (VLCD) are against My Fitness Pal guidelines.

    Done several fad type diets. Lost - regained. Fad diets (like the one you are on) taught me nothing useful for maintenance.

    are you under medical supervision? You really shouldn't be following any low calorie diet unless you are, and its very possible to lose weight happily on plenty more calories than that (without panicking about having barely any calories left).

    Unless you are under strict monitoring with a physician - stop the crazy diet and just eat at the level that MFP gives you. Rapid weight loss generally results in rapid weight gain when you go off the "diet". With MFP you just eat healthy and the weight comes off.

    Besides fast weight loss sacrifices a larger % of existing lean muscle. You don't lower your body fat % by as much as moderate paced weight loss. Only the number on the scale looks good.
