College student

Im a Medical Laboratory Major at the University. Its gets very stressful but Im trying to find healthy ways reduce stress. As of right now, Im running every other day and doing a little weight lifting on the days I dont run. Hopefully I can keep it up through the end of the semester.

    I'm a college student too! It's stressful, and unfortunately I fell into that whole "Freshman Fifteen" thing, so now I'm trying to turn around and get back to eating healthy on a college budget, haha. I don't formally exercise much but it's definitely a good way to reduce stress. If you are looking for some support feel free to add me!
