No junk food between now and Thanksgiving. No sugars of any kind. No pizza. No Junk Food of any kind. I need support and people to join me.

I blew it big-time
. Burger King for breakfast. Arby's for lunch. Lot of empty calories. Tomorrow's a new day.

I fully understand. I crave fast food!.. I will go a couple days and do great, not stopping for food... But then I break down and go thru a drive thru... I try to look at all the nutrition menus as a deterrent, but a lot of times it doesn't work!... Then I feel completely guilty. And you're right tomorrow IS a new day!1
