Ready for a change

Hello beautiful people! I really need support on this difficult journey to losing 50 pounds. I'm 2 weeks strong with no candy, ice cream, or anything else that is horrible for my waistline. I can't wait to get fit!

Hey! You totally got this. Once I challenged myself to go one whole week (gasp) without fast food, it all became so much easier and it was really inspiring to know that I COULD do that, and I actually did feel a change in my body. The amount of fast food I was eating before that week is embarrassing, which is why I felt a change so quickly.
Two weeks without your biggest temptations is a milestone, and you should be proud of yourself. Do not give up! Think of how amazing it feels and how much more amazing you will feel defeating and conquering your goals.
P.S. - About two years ago, I dropped almost 30 pounds, but then I made the wrong decisions and went back to old habits. That's how I know how great it feels to achieve weight loss and health goals. And remember - not every victory has to do with that number on the scale.
