Ready for a change

Hello beautiful people! I really need support on this difficult journey to losing 50 pounds. I'm 2 weeks strong with no candy, ice cream, or anything else that is horrible for my waistline. I can't wait to get fit!

    Hey! You totally got this. Once I challenged myself to go one whole week (gasp) without fast food, it all became so much easier and it was really inspiring to know that I COULD do that, and I actually did feel a change in my body. The amount of fast food I was eating before that week is embarrassing, which is why I felt a change so quickly.

    Two weeks without your biggest temptations is a milestone, and you should be proud of yourself. Do not give up! Think of how amazing it feels and how much more amazing you will feel defeating and conquering your goals. :)

    P.S. - About two years ago, I dropped almost 30 pounds, but then I made the wrong decisions and went back to old habits. That's how I know how great it feels to achieve weight loss and health goals. And remember - not every victory has to do with that number on the scale.
