How to know your limits

So I've been really working on losing weight for awhile now and I finally have gotten to my goal weight. People tell me all the time how good I look, but I just don't feel that way about myself. I still see myself as the old me. How do you know what is a good weight to be at and how can boost your self esteem?

Hi, I would define a good weight as the one you feel great at!
Still, it can be more than reaching a certain weight. when I reached mine I wasn't confortable at all. I needed to shape up and gain muscle. I'm at same weight than in spring, but way more fit and toned.
Getting a figure you feel great about can be more than just reaching a certain weight, the body construction in terms of muscle and fat pourcentage need to be right for you, too1
