Tracking HIIT workouts / calories burned?

Any suggestions on determining / recording calories burned for a HIIT session? The database doesn't have anything related to this or intervals that I can find.

You need to describe your HIIT workout - there's many forms using different equipment.

If, for example, you use a bike then measuring power would be good.
If using weights then maybe log as circuit training.

Almost universally going by heartrate would be misleading.

Do HIIT on a bike with a power meter.

Mostly treadmill sprints on an incline of 10. 30 seconds sprint, 45 seconds rest. 10 sprints total.

I'd enter that as 5 minutes of running.

It's only 5 minutes of sprinting so not going to be a really significant calorie burn - not worth agonising over TBH, a rough estimate/guess is fine.
Agree with the idea of just logging 5 minutes running at the speed you are doing.

What do you mean by rest? You're still moving right?

i do weights/strength with cardio intervals. I enter it as circuit training. For 45 minutes it's 324. which I've been told is fairly accurate. i do 15 minutes of yoga at the end that I don't log so i have a little bit of margin for error.
