I am going to an amusement park with a water park in one. I would consider this extra exercise for my day. Is there any ideas out there for what I could log this under for exercise?? I plan on being there most of the day (and with my un-naturally skinny little sister!!)
Thanks for any ideas!!

i would just record all your extra walking. youll probably walk an exta 4 hours, so 240 min exta of walking 2.5 probably..

Walking, for all that walking around. You can always Google how much a roller coaster or ride burns, I do that for all kinds of stuff that's not listed. You can also log the swimming, too.

Just add some general walking. If you know how much you normally burn on a walk (or want to just use MFP's estimation in the exercise database), try to calculate it that way. You're probably walking slow so if you're using MFP's, use the slowest one so you don't eat too much.

I would change my activity level that day rather than enter as exercise.

I went last week, we stayed there for about 8 hours and I logged 3 hours of walking 2.0 mph. :) Have fun!
