Stop going on diets, eat what you want, when you want and meticulously record the calories. Eat no more than your allotted amount and don't start with your weekly loss at 2lbs because your not going to get very much food to eat. We all want to lose weight as fast as possible but it's not always possible.
Sounds like you keep forcing yourself to eat a certain way and it's not working, instead eat certain amount of whatever the F you want.3 -

This!! And yeah set your loss rate for 1 lb or 1/2 lb per week.0 -

I'm back again too. I wasn't even at it that long the first time lol. I'm not calling it "restarting" or anything like that though. I never completely quit the program, I just got lazy on recording my calorie intake and less than diligent on what I was putting into my body.
I wanted to lose 14 or so lbs, did that, and also gained a decent amount of muscle in 6 months or so. Still exercising faithfully and eating decently, but I'm rationalizing the junk food intake. Today is the first day of being committed to getting my new "lifestyle" back with regards to eating. I hate the 'D' word lol.
Best of luck to everyone that's struggling with their eating habits and weight.1 -
This is not a diet. It is a lifestyle. Play at it or do it.1
