Current weight and goal weight

Hey though we could all share our weights with each other... I started my weight loss story on Monday 7th of November and I was 99kg (218lb) I'm excited and nervous to weigh in Monday and see how my first weeks efforts have paid off... My over all goal weight is to get the 70-75kg (154-165lb)

My start weight on 4/28/16 was 246lbs. Today 11/12/16 Im 199lbs! Im pretty excited to be under 200 because Ive been stuck around 200-204 for what seems like forever. My goal is 135lbs.10

This morning my weight was 11.8 and half1 -
My highest weight 260, 2010
lost 100 2011, then backed stepped a bit in the following couple years.
My current weight 183
My goal weight 155
Trying to do this by June 22, 1017 my 55th bday.
I am committed to do this slowly, because it a life style change and I want to enjoy everyday. Not restrict myself so much that I could never keep it up on a long term basis.2 -

177 cm = 5'10 ? (I think, I don't fully get the conversion method, I just googled it)
SW: 92 kg = 203 lbs
CW: 81.5 kg = 179 lbs
GW: 60 kg = 132 lbs
I've been at it for two and a half (very imperfect) months. It's the first time I stuck around for longer than a couple weeks and I'm really happy with the changes I'm seeing in my everyday life.1 -

I lost 50lbs from April to August. Then I stopped working out and logging in. I thought I had it down and could keep the momentum myself I have since then gained back 9lbs and am peeved. I exercised A LOT to lose that weight. I am excited about a weekly weigh in to keep me honest and motivated. LETS DO THIS!1 -
