    Full Body Workout

Meaning what? Weights? Rowing? Cross-country skiing?

    And for how long?

And how much water did you drink while doing whatever it was?

And is this a new thing for you or have you been doing whatever it is for a while now?

Depends. What does uneasy mean? I usually feel sweaty and exhausted but emotionally satisfied. Sometimes I crash and need a nap. Overall though, working out makes me feel great generally, just not in the immediate aftermath.

If you are new to working out it might take time for it to feel natural and satisfying as opposed to hard and tiring.

If I get a good workout I am usually pretty pooped at the end. The feeling great part comes later. Not sure what you mean by feeling un easy.

What I mean the feeling great part comes later is that after I catch my breath and stop sweating. I then feel great and that feeling continues.

By uneasy, do you mean ...

DOMS? Muscle soreness after a workout of some sort? That happens with new exercise, especially if you build up too quickly.

A bit of dizziness and generally not feeling well? Could be dehydration. Do you sip from a bottle during whatever your workout is? Could also be a sign you need to visit your Dr to make sure everything is OK.

Tired? Yes, workouts are often at least somewhat tiring.

    Or ... what?

Sometimes when I push myself too hard/too fast I get nauseated, especially during sprints or interval training. Haven't ever thrown up, but I played sports all growing up and knew plenty of people who have. It mostly happens to me when I'm also dehydrated or hungry. Make sure you're listening to your body and its limits.

It makes some people feel great by making them produce endorphins. Contrary to popular belief, we don't all get endorphins from exercise and not everyone gets "runner's high". (I can hit the wall, push through and still not get the "high". Something like 20% of the population simply doesn't.)

HOWEVER, that doesn't mean we shouldn't work out. I generally feel healthier and more energetic when I'm getting regular physical activity. Mind you, I also sometimes feel stiff or sore the day after a really hard workout, but it's worth it in the long term.

I don't get uneasy feeling...I first get muscle twitching then get extremely cold... Teeth chattering can't get warm to save my life and then get extremely tired and if I'm allow myself to fall asleep will sleep for 4 hours. It usually takes me a couple hours or so to stop shivering. But not uneasy.

You're not the OP; but you, my friend, sound remarkably like someone who is severely under-eating for the amount of exercise that they do. And you sound remarkably like a person who is experiencing a substantial degree of adaptive thermogenesis as a result.

Do you mean that you feel sick OP? That used to happen to me if I ate too close to starting my work out.

Do you change clothes after your workout?
