Come on. Everyone has an embarrassing, shameful, guilty pleasure on their workout playlist. Fess up to you worst. (Because I'll probably love it and want to add it to mine!)
N'Sync. Bye, Bye, Bye. Laugh if you must, but that song can be the turning point in a sucky run.
Your turn.

I have "Cars" by Gary Numan and "We Got the Beat" by the Go Gos on every playlist for every race I run. I am not proud of this.
Don't judge to harshly, I also have Pantera, HELL Yeah, Volbeat, Black Label Society, Metallica, Motorhead, and many more hard rockin' songs for tomorrow's marathon.2 -
Jessie j -- who laughing now0
-
Sweet - "Fox On The Run"
You can take the girl out of the 70's...3 -
DNCE - Cake by the Ocean and DMX - Party Up ... I am more of a modern alternative gal normally!3

For lifting weights I listen to German industrial metal and Disturbed and Manowar.

And Rammstein, of course

For cardio, and sometimes lifting, I listen to various EDM and Russian electro.

Yep...I lift to Weird Al sometimes.2 -
Nothing like a little embarrassment to light a fire under your tushy. My "friend" has teenage dirtbag of his playlist lol. That guy.

Me Too by Megan Trainor
...and I sing along (hangs head in shame).2 -
Coldplay "Yellow" during my chin-ups. I can only do 2 in a row and time my 3 sets to the guitar riffs.0
-
Good ole Miley "cant be tamed" and "who owns my heart"
Cant stand her normally (new stuff is the worst) but these two songs are saved for the last half of my workout and get me moving again.0 -
Pony by Ginuwine (I actually have this on my list 4 times so I hear it more often.)
It makes it easier for me to keep going if I think Channing Tatum is waiting for me at the end.6 -

OMG! That's amazing. I completely forgot about this show. I used to want to marry Fireball when I was little.
Hmm, I have a very diverse playlist and I'm not really embarrassed by anything on it but I'm sure people who know me would be surprised to find a lot of Elvis and RnB on there. I'm a sucker for Jason Derulo right now.0 -

David Banner "Play" ... Had to remove the dirty version because I am just not mature enough to hear that version whilst working out ... I would just start laughing so hard, I'd break my stride or rhythm.

@rainbowbow: My girl!! Glad to know I'm not the only one who lifts listening to stuff like Malice Mizer.
Devil Went Down to Georgia is also on my playlist. And a bunch of music from the videogame Dance Dance Revolution.
...I'm a metalhead, but I like listening to a bit of everything.0 -

Very much yes to Gackt.0 -
I don't download music. I use Pandora and keep it on Saucony Runners High station 'cause it has no commercials....commercials really screw up my head during runs.0

If you have the Spotify, here's my list...

If you don't have it, um...Spice Up Your Life by none other than the Spice Girls is on there. I am ashamed. Actually just started doing Zombie Run, so I haven't been listening to it at all.0
