so, on the USDA database for fresh, raw, atlantic salmon it says 142 calories for 100g

If you google calories in salmon, it gives you a USDA source of 206 calories for 100g for fresh raw atlantic salmon.
My salmon does not come with a label, so 142 or 206?

I always go with the higher value- better to be slightly overestimating rather than underestimating imo0
