Is there a certain way you should train to get the ilusión to a hour glass figure? I'm more wide from my upper than lower body and I want to change that. I want to look thick, my legs are skinny and my stomach is big

Lose the belly by eating a deficit why do a lifting program to retain muscle.
Then eat in a small surplus and lift focusing 2-3 days per week on lifts such as deadlifts, hip thrusts, squats, & lunges.2 -

back squats for legs. front squats have been killing my abs lately, so there's them too. deadlifts for everything.
i'd get a form check/see a trainer for instruction before going heavy with any of them though.0
