Two nights ago, I was 160 pounds. Now, I'm 167. What's the matter? I ate a pretty good amount last night but not so much that I'd gain over a pound, and I'm around 400 calories below my goal today. Help!

I can easily chock on 6lbs of water weight after a sodium bomb of a day. It does go away. Drink lots of water2 -
I can put on a few pounds jut by eating pasta. Put that with a salt laden sauce and cheese and there you go. Don't worry too much, drink plenty of water and stay within your calorie goal and I am sure it will drop off again.

Just drink more water. That helps get rid of the sodium.1

Most likely holding water... Also depends on when you weigh yourself ect ie you will naturally be heavier in the evening then the morning Also if your putting on muscle can also affect it..1
