Getting back on track...help

July - Mid October went really well for me. The weight was just melting off, I was making my calorie goals and exercise goals every day. Meal prepping for myself and a co worker...all going great.
Then my coworker dropped out and I started slacking big time. Quit meal prepping, started eating out everyday at work and eventually stopped exercising. The only thing I've kept doing is logging everything.
I've gained back 5lbs in the past month.
A whole months worth of work gone. And I'm starting over. But I really don't feel like it anymore.
Suggestions?

We could hold each other accountable! I finally got back on track last summer, but will be facing a big challenge next week on a trip. I want to be able to stay in control, but still enjoy myself, and get back on track when I get home.1

I am almost certain that it was when my co worker dropped out I lost that support and accountability. I've realized it is something I need.0
