Everybody can lose weight by tracing calorie intake, being in caloric deficit and exercise.
What have you been doing so far?

You can eat all those foods and lose weight. You just need to make sure you are in a calorie deficit.

Set up MFP, weigh all your food on some scales and track it. As long as you stick to your goal, you will lose weight.

I'm only an inch taller than you and weigh around 50 kg, and started out at about 79-80kg. I absolutely LOVE ice cream, chocolate, and pastries. However, there came a point in life where I decided I wanted to be healthy, so instead of having an entire tub/package of goodies, I now have half or one full serving every once in a while. This way, I stay at a healthy BMI without feeling deprived.
Change your attitude from "I can't" to "I can." Usually, people who "can't" lose weight are just uninformed about sustainable weight loss. Look at the stickies here on the forums and map out an eating plan for both weight loss and maintenance. Be patient and be kind to yourself.

    These.

OP, are you calorie counting? Are you logging food? If not, start there. Have you set up your myfitnesspal diet profile yet? Height, current weight, age and goal weight, please?
