Hello!
I am new to MFP and am looking for a similar person to buddy with or a group to connect with:
*40s
*CPAP user because of weight
*70+ pounds to lose
*Used to be athletic, but now to fat to move comfortably.

Hi there! Good luck on your fitness journey. You can add me as a friend. It's good to have support. I'm about to be 40. I've already lost over 50 pounds but I want to lose 80 more.1

Hi,
I am similar--51, overweight, CPAP user, formerly athletic, and committed to getting back there.
I have been doing MFP off and on for quite a while. It works when I do it, but then I have gained the weight back. I finally realized that it will really only work if I use it to make real lifestyle changes, and that is what I am doing now. After 8 months back on (including 3 solid months of plateau recently), I am down 30 pounds and within about 15 pounds of my current goal. I may keep going depending on how it goes.
Feel free to friend me if you like. I would enjoy sharing the journey with someone else.1 -
