Hi all its been a while since I've used this app, and I'm a little stressed out about watching my calories, but I'm sure I can stay the course.

    I only get 1200 calories a day. And stressful trying to figure out what eat.

    I do best when I track what I eat before I eat it....that way I do no go over and I can adjust where needed.

    Look up the calories in the foods you love to eat and work them into your calorie count. If they are really high in calories try to make lower calorie foods. For example pizza if eating homemade I use Flat Out pizza crust its 120 calories. If eating pizza out I have 1 or 2 slices with a big salad.

    Don't stress because you can eat your favorite foods still, you just have to play with the calories a bit.
