    It's a great feeling, isn't it! Very exciting, too! Something that some take for granted. I was thrilled when I reached it, too! Now I am heading for the middle of "healthy" and figure that is a nice place to rest and see how things are!

    cant weight to be NORMAL , i never saw my bmi in normal even when i was 10 i was overwight/obese
