Is it bad to feel full?

I just go home from dinner at my grandmas and feel very full. I didn't over eat or go crazy and I don't feel uncomfortably stuffed, but more full than normal. Is this a bad thing? I already brushed my teeth and am done eating for the night but I feel bummed out and lazy.

I enjoy feeling full so I plan my meals like that. Lots of vegetables to bulk them out.1

There's a hunger scale in one of the mfp bligs, I can't find it now. It's really useful. If you were just full and not uncomfortable, no need to worry.0

Only if you just pounded down a gallon of Ben and Jerry's0
