Hi everyone. I am new to Fitness Pal as of a few hours ago..
I have struggled most all my life with being over weight.
I have tried numerous diets with fail. Am a new creature
in God and really have a new desire to work on myself and
my weight and hoping to make some new friends too. :smile:

    Fitness Pal works pretty good, if you have a smart phone try the App. It helps a lot when you are out and about. I just joined up again yesterday and I love the Android App. Good luck, keep focused!

    Oh I am so happy to meet you! Congratulations on your new "life". I too didnt really make up my mind to seriously lose weight until I put God in the picture. He has walked by my side and helped me to be a success in saving my own life from a family history of diabetes.
